Roscrea Heritage Society is a voluntary organisation with its headquarters at Damer House, Roscrea. Membership is open to all who subscribe to its aims of promoting the heritage and cultural life of Roscrea and its hinterland. It enjoys charitable trust status from the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
Its Board of Directors are elected each year by its membership.
The Board of Directors elect the officers annually.
With Dúchas, the State Heritage organisation, it constitutes Roscrea Heritage, a partnership management to present and develop the area’s national monuments.
